How much are the delivery charges?
The fee rates for buying on Turn a Page vary based on the mode of delivery that the customer selects on checkout. We have the same shipping amount on all our orders at Buy Books India.
Standard Delivery: The customer is charged a total 15% on the total amount of books.
The usual delivery time may vary from 10-14 days. (Due to the current COVID times deliveries might take longer than usual. We thank you for your patience)
Standard Delivery: Usually delivered in 3-7 days, this service has a Track & Trace facility.
Additionally you can also apply to gift wrap the item you want to be delivered. The item eligible for this service will be just for Rs 15. So per say, if you order 5 books out of which only 3 you want wrapped, that would cost you an extra Rs 45 on the complete order (apart from delivery charges).
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one book to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
Replacement Policy: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre book your order for you. The book will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Pre Order duration varies from book to book. Once known, release time and date is mentioned.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your books via Indian Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
